My Father's House Family Worship Center

Real People. Real God. Real Love

What does a typical Sunday Celebration look like?

Good question! We ask that question every week. The reality is that each Sunday morning has a very unique thumbprint. But if you had to pin us down, then our typical weekend gathering will include contemporary music and a 35-45 minute message. The entire service usually runs about 90 minutes.

What should I wear to the Sunday Celebration?

Casual dress is the norm. Don't make any special arrangements - we want you to come just as you are! The fashion police have been fired!

Do I need to bring a Bible when I come on Sunday?

At MFH, we encourage you bring a bible and pen to dig into the teaching with us. Some use the Bible app and follow along to the message on YouVersion Live!

What does My Father's House have for my children?

At MFH, we value children. That's why we have a creative, age appropriate ministry that includes music, activities, and a lesson from the Bible. Our children's ministry is currently for pre-K through 5th grade. We have a Mother's Room, Preschool, and Children's Church! For more information, click on "Children" under the "Ministries" tab.

Will I be asked to give money when I come?

As a guest, you will NOT be expected to participate in the giving portion of our service. However, if MFH is your church home, then we ask you to be obedient and faithful to God in your giving and partner with us in accomplishing God's work in Mansfield, OH by reaching the lost, hurt, and disconnected.

What kind of church is My Father's House?

MFH is not affiliated with any denomination. That's why we call ourselves "non-denominational." Our parent church is New Life Church International in Lima, Ohio under the leadership of Bishop Darnell and Pastor Charlene Williams. We teach Christianity based solely on the Bible. We believe the Bible is the infalliable word of God and it is our standard for all we do. For a more complete look at our beliefs, please see the "Beliefs" tab.

What style of music should I expect on Sundays?

In short, if we were to give our music a tagline, it would be Spirit-Filled Current Contemporary! The lyrics to each song are provided on our screen in the front of the worship center!
